I'm trying to gain weight, but muscle weight rather than fat. In order to do this I have a high carb, protein, and vitamins/minerals diet.
I am using the following supplements: Creatine monohydrate, Whey protein, Glutamine peptides.
I eat every 3 hours a balance of carbs/protein and have an extra large helping of vegetables with each dinner I eat, as well as portions of fruit and veg throughout the day where I can.
